Today I attempted to order to PDFs from this sight. I have been charged 4 times the amount of 19.98, which is the total for the PDFs I wanted to purchase. those PDFs were pathfinder role playing game: Ultimate Wilderness and pathfinder role playing game: Adventurer's guide.

These were most likely authorizations and you haven’t been charged. This commonly happens if your billing address does not match the address the bank has on file for you.

Cpt_kirstov is correct, you have not been charged.

Your card is being declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file for it.

Each time you tried to submit the order your bank was pinged to make sure the card was valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize these authorizations. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. How long this takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
