I have applied the rain18 promotional code to the items.
The field where you can put in the code is on the Payment tab. When you have the subscription method set to ship with your subscriptions the payment tab does not appear as the items will use the payment method attached to your subscriptions. So you will need to change the shipping method to anything else, enter the code, then switch the payment back to ship with subscriptions.
