Other than Crushing Blow, Distracting Strike and Phantom Wind Ray, is there any PoW specific way for a bow using Ambush hunter to trigger Ambush Tactics? No swapping disciplines, but stuff from Solar Wind and Tempest Gale are both fine.
Also speaking of Ambush Tactics, how often does this trigger? Does a full attack (or other way of hitting a foe multiple times) against a flat-footed/flanked foe recover multiple manuvers? Does multiple attacks against different flat-footed/flanked creatures? Area attacks against multiple flat-footed creatures?
