So first post on the site, and the question I've got is about a case of contradiction that I've found on the d20pfsrd site.
As the title says, it's a matter of this: Innate Item Bonuses
Versus this: Automatic Bonus Progression
Innate Item Bonuses says that magic weapons and armor are MORE expensive, because a Spell Stealing melee weapon would also be treated as having a +3 enhancement bonus.
Automatic Bonus Progression however, says that magic weapons and armor are LESS expensive, because they lose enhancement bonuses from attunement based on the level of the special ability. A +3 attuned weapon would be reduced to having +2 because it was given the Keen ability, for example.
These two are... well, pretty explicitly contradictory, so I'm wondering if these rules weren't designed to be run together, or if there's an official ruling that finds a middle ground.
Help a first-time GM out?

Well yeah they're official but... well yeah basically what you said. But I digress, answer got. Decided I'm gonna run with Innate Item Bonuses for now, because I like how it adds variation to the items and also makes magical weaponry more impressive. Though that might actually clash with part of the setting in my campaign. That'll be interesting.
