I was hoping the fine folks here in the Paizo community could help me, as a GM, come up with a fairly robust list of psychic spells known for a 11th level psychic who has the psychic lich template and the Dread lord template.
As I understand it, the psychic lich template removes the standard undead immunity to mind-affecting effects (including morale bonuses) and if it makes a Will save against mind-affecting spells, it heals a small amount o hit points. It does not otherwise have the ability to heal itself like a normal lich does with its own touch attack.
That being said, I always have a hard time finding a good selection of spells for npc spellcasters without overdoing it. Is there a robust spellbook/spells known generator I could use or if any of you have solid suggestions to fill those spells known, I would appreciate the advice. Valid sources (for my gaming group at least) are any Paizo books and books from Third Party publishers such Rogue Genius Games, Dreamscarred Press, and Legendary Games.

For NPC's you don't want to focus on strictly the best. You sort of need to find the balance for a challenge without going into walk over or overkill territory.
Black Tentacles is a good spell against players from a higher level NPC.
Defensive spells like mirror image are good or invisibility greater
If you really wanna annoy players then the spell Etheric shards cast is a amazing, if you look at the duration in can be cast long in advance.
There are save or lose spells like suggestion, Mydriatic Spontaneity, confusion, dominate person or possession, how much you want to use them is up to your own judgement.
Of course being an NPC it doesn't hurt to go through the Psychic spell list and use more flavorful spells. Looking now and there's a spell called shamefully overdressed but if that's too comical then this spell called wall of bone or fleshworm infestation.

Fleshy Facade and Fearsome Replica seem like things a psychic lich would want to do.
Aside from that, I would pick an emotional theme - perhaps fear, rage, or pain. Focus on those for your spell list. Not because they are most powerful, but because the lich enjoys romps through the brains of prey helpless with that emotion.
