I placed this order last month, and set it as Ship with Subscription. However, none of the items involved are showing as part of my shipments this month... Can someone take a look and make sure this order didn't get stuck somewhere? Thanks!

The only item I see in your sidecart that was not moved to this order is a pre order item releasing in April. Which other items are missing?

The listed order:

1) began a subscription to the AP beginning with the War for the Crown AP
2) block of 12 16mm d6, scarab-scarlet/gold
3) Pathfinder Dice: Paizo d20 (purple) x2
4) Pathfinder Dice: Paizo d20 (blue) x2

The items were moved from order 4624528 when I had cancelled my maps subscription (which I have since restarted, and I just got the shipping notice for today).

I'm also not sure if the items shipped so far this month got (or should have gotten) the Pathfinder Advantage discount for shipping with the first volume of my AP subscription.

Ah, I see now. The other order had already shipped when I looked yesterday so I only saw one pending order and wasn't sure why you didn't think the items were in the order.

When you start a subscription if you already have a different subscription the first item will generate to your sidecart to ship out with the other subscription, unless you switch the shipping method. If you don't it will instead generate to an order. So when you started the Adventure Path subscription it generated to an order and then the other items were moved into that order. Since the first Adventure Path volume hadn't shipped they also generated to their own order instead of going to your sidecart. That's why you had 2 separate orders.

The Paizo Advantage discount is not active until the first Adventure Path ships out. So it was just bad timing that the maps didn't get the discount, they shipped before the order with the Adventure Path did. I have added the discount to the order and issued a refund for the difference to your original payment method. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.

Ah, I understand now. I got the last order's authorization shortly after my original posts.

I was prepared to write off the discount on the maps, so that's a pleasant surprise, thank you!
