What's the hardness / hp per inch of silver?

As title. Trying to figure out how to destroy a silver ingot.

You're going to need something like disintegrate, because with out magic, matter can neither be created or destroyed.

Cut the ingot in half ? You get two smaller ingots.

Smash it flat ? You've got silver foil.

The ingot is not depending on its shape to be valuable silver, so "destroying" it by changing its shape does no good.

Now, if it was a locked silver jewelry box that you're trying to break into, that's another issue.

Okay, I'm trying to destroy (as in apply to destroyed condition) an object made of silver.

What the hardness of the object, and how can I determine its HP?

If it's a weapon, it's probably made of Alchemical Silver
HP=10/inch, Hardness 8

If it's not reinforced with steel (as Alchemical Silver is described to be), then it'd be less.

We *do* have rules for
Gold

If it's a gold weapon, it's half that of the base weapon.
If it's gold armor, it's hardness 5.

This should give you a ball-park starting estimate.
