the current way: we have to wait for new print editions to come out and errata is applied and a change log document is produced, see here http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/resources
the issue: we have to wait for a new printing and some books like Bestiary 4 and 5 haven't even had errata published. and the other bestiaries haven't been updated in 6 years. i'm sure there are more errors out there that have been found.
suggested new way: publish the change log documents once or twice a year so people can see in one place what the changes will be
but doesn't the FAQ page do this?
no the "bestiary possible errata" message boards have tone of things users have found wrong that never make it the the FAQ pages
how about it?

I never knew this, but the Campaign and Companion lines also have errata. But it's for Organized Play, but looking at many of them it appears they are just as good fixes for core play. Why can't we get those into the core errata as well?
There's nothing stopping you from using those in your game. If you're afraid that somebody will come and punch you in the face if you do, I'll let you in on a secret.
But come closer, I don't want them to overhead.
Closer.
You promise you won't tell anyone?
No, really, Barachiel, please, promise me, OK?
All right.
The secret is ...
...
... *dramatic pause*
... *coughs*
Nobody will come and punch you in the face. It's The Truth. Now go and be happy.

I totally thought you were going to punch them in the face.
