Beyond your post here (which may be enough on it's own to get CS attention) - you may want to contact customer service at customer.service@paizo.com.
I would include what event you received the book at, what the exact issue with the book is, and your personal contact information and Paizo account info, in the email to them.
(I'm surprised you received a physical prize as Paizo stopped doing that years ago now and went to all Gift Certificates for prize support.)
If you know who provided the prize at the event, the organizer or VO, you may want to copy htme on the email as well.
