Mythic Transmuter

I have a villain that is a level 20 Transmuter with 10 mythic levels. She is intended to be able to take on 4 slightly lower level party members by herself. I would love and appreciate to see what people can come up in terms of spells, feats and such as that would help me in building this high powered character.

Can you get a hold of Rise of the Runelords? I believe the big bad of that AP is a 20th level transmuter, so it might be a good starting place.
