I ordered the Steelforge part 2... but I kept having issues when I was checking out. It said that the card was declined. I finally got it to go through once as Order 4659086, however it charged my debit card 6 times for the same purchase.
I was wondering if I could get 5 of these 6 times refunded/ cancelled because I only ordered one Steelforge part 2 off.

FYI: You are probably seeing multiple authorizations, not technically charges. See this FAQ for more info. Paizo can put through requests to notify your bank they won't be settling 5 of those authorizations so your bank will free up those funds faster. But even without them doing that, they would eventually expire, releasing the held funds.

Hawkmoon269 is correct. What you are seeing are not charges, they are authorizations. Your card was being declined because it was failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file.
Each time you tried to submit the order your bank was pinged to make sure the card was valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize any of those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long this takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
I have issued authorization reversal requests, which let the bank know we cannot finalize those authorizations and they can release them. They should be able to see those right away but how long it takes to process is up to them.
