Ordering from Europe

Customer Service

$51 is a bit steep for postage guys, do you have an authorised EU distributor that would register my purchase with you on my account so that I could benefit from owning content on more than one platform?

Just thinking about the impending release of starfinder on fantasy grounds. I would like to have the hardback, pdfs and FG license however shipping fee is a major stumbling point.

Regards,

Lee

Scarab Sages

there are a great many local retailers, and e-commerce sites, in Europe, with local (or even Free!) postage :-)
The only down-side is you have to abandon ordering direct from the lovely Paizo team :-(
You also lose the benefits of the subscriptions :-(

Paizo also can ship first - Europe has to wait for the distributors to get shipments and get them to retailers, though if you are looking for e.g. Starfinder, which has been out a while, then its instead much faster from a local shipper, as Paizo have to use trans-Atlantic postal services to get the goods to you, and locals just ship direct.

Where are you based? (I, frex, am in the UK...)

They don’t offer this service (they used to have something similar “back in the magazine days” and as I understand things, the hassle of CS issues caused by a third party handling distribution to customers significantly outweighed the benefits).

For some of us international subscribers it would be cheaper to buy the PDF from Paizo and the book from a local store. That’s especially true with the larger hardcovers (which have high shipping charges).

Yeah I kind of thought that, I just don't like the idea of having to pay twice for the same thing, it's what makes Paizo different from the other publishers. Shame the postage fee is ridiculous or it would be worth it.

Hello Velerak,

The shipping rates you see are the actual shipping rates. We do not make any money on shipping. You can read a little more about shipping rates here.

Thanks Diego.

Its a shame because I would save a whole $50 by ordering the hardback from Amazon, but I wont benefit from a discount ordering the ruleset from Fantasy Grounds.

I would be nice if you included a registration code in the books so that us non-us fans could benefit from that :/

You really could do with a publisher on this side of the pond tbh.
