The description of the Pulsecaster Pistol is:
"A smaller version of an arc pistol, the pulsecaster sends a low-energy blast at its target. This blast stuns the target without dealing serious damage."
There is no crit listed in the table for it.
If you hit a target with the Pulsecaster Pistol, will they gain the Stun Condition?
If Yes, how long is the target stunned for? The stun condition and weapon description don't offer guidance.
Thanks

No. As a general rule, descriptive text like that won't interact with rules - all the rules stuff should be in the weapons table. Neither the Nonlethal nor Stun Weapon Qualities inflict the stunned condition - the first makes the weapon's damage nonlethal in a compulsory fashion, while the latter makes it optional. Nonlethal damage drops you to stable when it kills you rather than dropping you to unstable, but it otherwise deals stamina and hit point damage normally.
Note that Critical Stunned is totally different from Weapon Quality Stun, and will inflict the Stunned condition.

It is unfortunate that the designers used that description.
Per RAW, the Pulscaster Pistol does not have the Stun special property. It has the nonlethal special property. (page 173)
So despite the description, the Pulscaster Pistol does not stun, but does do nonlethal damage only.
You are correct that the Pulscaster Pistol does not have the Stunned critical effect.
For reference: (page 182)
The Stun special property allows the user to switch between normal damage to nonlethal damage.
The Stunned critical effect lasts 1 round.
