I preordered a starfinder product (Pact Worlds hardcover) months ago and it has been sitting in my sidecart for a while now. I recently preordered ANOTHER item (Starfinder Armory) and now that item is in my sidecart while the other order has vanished. Is my previous order still active?

Unfortunately, I am not finding the Pact Worlds book anywhere in orders. I'd recommend submitted it again.
I would also recommend not using your sidecart, as your only subscription is a digital subscription. This will result in items sitting into your sidecart indefinitely, and not generating to shippable orders when those products are released.
