Coral Capuchin familiar

There is a chronicle out there which opens the Coral Capuchin as a familiar, however as it was produced prior to Bestiary 6 it references AP #58: Island of Empty Eyes as the rules source, and goes as far as stating "you must provide a copy of Island of Empty Eyes" in order to use it.

Now that Bestiary 6 includes the creature, would it be acceptable to provide that book rather than the AP volume?

I would imagine so, simply because the older Race Boons (like Aasimar and Tiefling) only reference one or two sources, and yet today they appear in several more.

If you could verify that the bestiary 6 version is the same then I have no problem with it being the source used
