Some of the items you ordered were ones that we needed to get in from suppliers, which is why some of them had a listed product availability of shipping from us in 4-18 business days. More information about product availability can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o
The teal/white set is in now. The only set the order is waiting on now is the Jade/Gold set. Unfortunately, it looks like those didn't come in on our last supply order and have been updated to being on backorder through our supplier.
Please let us know if you want that set cancelled so the rest of the order can ship, or moved to a its own order to ship sometime later, after they are available again (it's unknown how long that may take).

I have switched the dice on the order and sent you an updated email confirmation. This set we also have to get from a supplier so it also has a 4-18 business day estimate. This one is not listed as backorder though. So it may take a while to ship out. Let me know if you want to make any other changes to the order.

Hi Diego,
I don’t mind the wait and I don’t wish to change anything else in my cart. The only question I have is if the discount for shipping has already been applied or will it be added later?. In my previous order it had the S&H as well as the S&H discount while this one does not. I’m just making sure but everything else is fine and thank you for the service.

I just wanted to check on the status of my order and change some things. I was told that the teal/white set had come in and had saw that it was available about a week or so ago, but now it's on back order again and my items have still not shipped after a month of waiting. Please swap both translucent dice (yellow/white and teal/white) for the Lustrous - Green/Silver chessex dice. Next time do not tell someone if something is available without adding the information that he/she may not get it during that supply order. It's just a downer at the end of the day and I would have swapped it two weeks ago if I had known.

Hi Senza,
It looks like the warehouse shipped your order before I could make changes to it. As Diego previously said, it would be waiting on the royal blue/gold scarab set to come in from a supplier before we could ship it (another 4 to 18 business days). It looks like anything the order as still waiting on came in recently and the warehouse was able to process the order earlier today.
