Underground chemist and vital strike.

I've an underground chemist with the bomber rouge talent which says my bombs deal damage equal to my sneak attack damage. In the alchemist bomb rules it says I can use vital strike with bombs, but the rouge talent doesn't call all d6s after the first extra damage. If my sneak attack is 4d6 what is it with vital strike?

Vital strike with a bomb is merely +1d6.
