So Im generating a campaign that will allow my players to generate characters from Vudra and Tian Xia but im looking for info on classes from both areas. Is there any information on Samurai or other classes from Tian Xia or classes and other info from Vudra

What do you mean by information on classes? If you're looking for the history of the Samurai class or some such, I doubt it exists.

For "other info" you could start with their entries in the Pathfinder Wiki.

Samurai is an alternate-classes of cavalier.

Ultimate Combat provides the samurai and ninja. You could start with the Dragon Empires Primer for a light introduction to Tian Xia, as well as races and traits. I don't know of anything comparable for Vudra, though Distant Shores describes one city.
