Order 4615823 Pending

Hi there just trying to find out why this order is still pending- if there's an item not in stock then I'd just like to find out what it is so that I can either change it for something else, or else just ship without it. It's been pending for the last two weeks.

Hi Sharaya,

Replied to the e-mail but just to confirm, I have an order in my side cart- Order 4623624 for some Undead Horde minis, if this is in stock then can I get it sent with the Shattered Star Case, if there's going to be a wait then please just send the case. They're a present for my partner, she knows they're going to be late but I want to get them here as soon as possible.

I'm sorry to see that hadn't shipped yet! Unfortunately, now that it has shipped, I can't see what the hold up may have been. (Though I suppose it's possible the warehouse may have needed to get something from deep storage, which can sometimes take awhile).
