Slumber Hex - Restless Slumber

Now if I use Restless Slumber on someone and they pass am I now unable to use Slumber on them, or vice versa?

If I am unable to use slumber/restless slumber because the other had failed, Then can I not use split Hex with Restless Slumber?

Split hex doesn't work with restless slumber anyways as it is a major hex and you'll require split major hex feat.

Past that, no you simply require slumber hex to take it, but they are 2 separate hexes you should be good.
