I'm looking to increase the DC on Life Leech Vitalist's ability, Unwilling Participant. The Feat "Endowed Mind" allows for the use of power points to increase the DC of a power. Would Unwilling Participant be considered a "power" in this case? Other than increasing the Vitalist's Wisdom, are there any other ways to increase the DC?
It's an ability, not a power.
You could petition your DM's permission to take the Ability Focus feat. Otherwise, honestly I find the best way to approach this sort of thing is to instead try to find ways to debuff your opponents. My groups tend to build parties that all stack various debuff abilities, so by the time we hit high-level, between passive and active abilities, by the end of the first round enemies are taking at least -6 to saves. Whoever goes last delivers the fatal attack.
