I made this order 10 days ago and it has been marked as pending since.
I was hoping to have these before Christmas. I see that there are is one item that is backordered that is holding up the processing. A quick look through the site states the following from the CTO.
"Backorder items are not currently available in our warehouse, but our suppliers indicate that they will again be available sometime in the future. We usually don't know when backorder items will be restocked. Some items can be on backorder for just a few days; others for many months. Keep in mind that we don't charge your credit card until your item ships, so there's no risk involved in placing a backorder. If you order backorder items along with other items, the backordered items will ship separately."
So... This contradicts what is happening. How do we resolve this issue?

Hello Bryan,
The item holding up the order is the Shadow miniature. I can separate it out to its own order so everything else can get underway, or cancel it to the same effect. Whichever you prefer.
There are some items we need to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of the product page. For instance, the Shadow says, "Ships from our warehouse in 5 to 18 business days." This is our estimate for how long it may take to get to us from the supplier. In this case we were able to order them from Reaper who did send us one of the 3 you ordered. They then updated the miniature to be backordered. So it wasn't separated out when you placed the order because at that time it had not been flagged as backordered.
The shipping method attached to the order is first class mail which has an estimated transit time on 2-9 business days, so it may not arrive before Christmas.
