Hello,

I've got three orders that show as complete but that have not arrived yet. One of those is fairly recent, so that could be okay, but the others are long due.

It concerns:
Order 4484601 Sep 29, 2017
Order 4515450 Oct 28, 2017
Order 4557650 Tue, Nov 28, 2017

Is there anything you can do to check these order's shipping status?

Orders 4484601, and 4515450 should have arrived by now, so it sounds like they are lost in the post. I have set up replacements for you which should be on their way with the next subscription order.

Order 4557650 was processed for shipping on December 6 and had up to 36 business days in transit to you. So that order is not lost yet. If it has not shown up after 36 business days please let us know.

Is there a way to enable either tracking or sign-on-delivery? Or any other method you know that would enable us to identify where things are going awry? Two lost in succession and issues with one delivery before that is a bit too much going wrong for it to sit comfortably with me. At the very least, I'd like to know which route it should have taken so that I can also contact the delivery services on my end if things go wrong a third time. *knocks on wood*

The only international shipping method we have that has tracking is UPS International. That is typically the more expensive shipping option though. Your subscriptions are set to use the cheapest shipping method. Usually this is going to be standard post. Standard post means UPS Mail Innovations will carry it as close to you as they can and then transfer it to the local post for final delivery. This option is not track able for us internationally though.

I can change your preferred shipping method to UPS International if you'd like. This is generally the more expensive method though. Packages shipped trough this method are track able and have an estimated transit time of 5 business days. To give you an idea of the price difference, the last order we shipped you (4557650) shipped out via standard post and cost $18.75. UPS International would have cost $61.52, so substantially more.

Hello Diego,

Order 4557650 has arrived yesterday, so that's good. The difference in price is substantial, which may still be worth it if these things keep getting lost. Seeing the latest one got through, I think I'll leave it at the default for now. Especially since switching won't give insight in where things went wrong, since the route of delivery will be different.
