Does a witch's familiar count as a spellbook?

We all know a witch's familiar is a familiar, but is it also a spellbook? Would things that affect your spellbook also affect your familiar?

No. Witches familiars follow very different rules than a spell book, including the rules for adding more spells to a familiar.
