This thread is to provide updates on the order creation and fulfillment process for subscribers to the Pathfinder and Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario Subscriptions.

Digital Email Notification Date: Monday, December 18th

Digital Order Fulfilment & Payment Settlement Date: Wednesday, December 20th

Street Date for Society Scenarios: Wednesday, December 20th

Ok, so the order generation process was left to run overnight and it looks like it was able to create all of the orders it needed to. We'll be running the report to fulfill them tomorrow. If anybody hasn't received their order generation email yet, let us know!

We are currently running the report to grant PDFs to those who have digital subscriptions, so keep an eye on your inboxes for those confirmation emails! Please let us know if there are any issues with your subscription order, and we'll provide any necessary updates to the process here.

I am not sure if the process is still running, but I have not received the "Starfinder Society Scenario #1-07: The Solar Sortie" PDF in my downloads. I did get the order generation email yesterday, but it is still shows as 'pending' in my subscriptions.

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like the order was caught up in our system, but I've given it a nudge and it should be all set now. Just let me know if you have any issues accessing the PDF, and I'll be glad to take a look for you.

I am having the same problem Jerriko had, and posted under product discussion, since I didn't know this existed, already. I will quintuple-check, but I don't think I have it in my downloads.
