Downloads broken?

I am trying to get some files to download and it either gives me 404 error or puts me to a campaign that I am presently in.

Anyone else getting this?

I was just able to successfully download the "Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Characters" community use package.

That is the one I couldn't access first but then it was every Download
