Forgotten Trick and Ninja Trick

Rules Questions

I was noticing that, while some ninja tricks have a prerequisite, this ninja trick make no reference to the character needing to have a prerequisite in order to get the trick:

Does this mean that one could get even a ninja trick who'd have a prerequisite (and which one doesn't have)?

Thanks,
Skarm

That seems to be the case, although the number of relevant cases seems rather small. There are only five ninja talents that even have prerequisites, and a few of them won't work without their prerequisites even if you can technically skip them. The only ones that look relevant are Choking Bomb (which still requires Smoke Bomb to function), High Jumper, and Deflect Arrows. I don't see any problems with allowing Forgotten Trick to bypass prerequisites like this.

Hi Dasrak,

Yeah...you are totally right...I hadn't read all, but, after checking...yes...some don't make any sense at all if you don't have the prerequisite!

Thanks,
Guido
