Telekinetic Kinetic

Rules Questions

Got a few questions here on this..

With the standard telekinetic blast
1) If I was to use an alchemist fire - what happens? Does the alchemist fire suddenly not do anything at all when its hurled this way because ...

2) Really big object is thrown. It does normal damage, but what happens with the object?

Foe Throw and kinetic wall. If I have an enemy on the otherside of the wall that I use foe throw on to make him a weapon, does he take damage from the wall? If he was on my side of the wall and I threw him at someone on the otherside of the wall?

Silver Crusade

The alchemist's fire would break, but would do nothing extra.

As to larger items, they would do the same damage, by the rules, it wouldn't do anything extra, but I might allow it to create difficult terrain or something.

As a GM and a Kineticist player:

1) No real rules on this, but the glass would definitely break. Treat it as hitting the corner closest to you and treat anyone in that spread as affect by the splash part (No one is the direct hit as it broke because your blast, thus the blast takes the direct hit, not the person). (Edit: This is how I'd rule it, if that wasn't clear enough)

2) It explicitly states the size of the object doesn't increase the damage. However, I would suggest using the Basic Telekineis, Extended (Or extreme) range, and Telekinetic Haul to float something up to 200 ft and drop it on them that way, which would then do 20d6+Item Damage. But they'd get a reflex save to half it and you'd still need to make a ranged touch attack (I think it has a range increment of 20, but I'd have to double check). It is under Falling Rules in Environmental Rules.

Right, the size of the object doesn't do any extra damage. But things do get a bit weird when you're hurling a gargantuan sized object to hit a tiny fairy in the middle of a crowded room.

What about using Foe throw + Kinetic Wall?

You don't throw it far enough, throw it too far, too high, too low. Lots of reasons for why you missed. They could have pulled that scene where they happened to be positioned perfectly when the car rolls that they go into the window. Et cetera.

I had typed up this really large wall because I wasn't sure what you were asking but then looked up and read the first question again and saw the hidden 3rd question. To answer your question, look at the 4th sentence: "Anytime a creature crosses the wall, it takes half the normal damage from your blast (or full damage for an energy blast)." It does not need to be willing. If you throw them through the wall, they go through the wall and take damage. There is, of course, nothing stating that when you Foe Throw that they move to you, so you'd have to target someone/thing on the opposite side of the wall from them (Though they may still not take damage if you miss, as they choose their location within 30 ft, so may not have made it through the wall) or convince your GM that they do (Though that'd be a houserule).
