Alchemist / barbarian / viglante brute build help

Advice

Hi guys, I have a question about a build that uses dex as a dump stat as well a cha. my build is 1 barabarian/ 2 alchemist/ 6 Vigilante brute
25 point buy, human dual talent this is a 9th level build.

alignment CG

20 str
8 dex (+1 at 8th level)
20 con (+1 at 4th level)
13 int
10 wis
7 cha

Is this wise? I assume because of being enlarged to huge (my DM would allow the untyped size modifer to stack with enlarge person)my dex is going to drop to 4, which would make me really easy to hit, So I would focus on high hit points for this build and buff from other party members.

I also have a question about Brutal maneuver; does improved overrun with hurtful and enforcer and power attack stack with it? I am under the impression that I can use brutal maneuver with my improved overrun to deal power attck damaged, and if I am using unarmed strikes I can use enforcer, and because of Hurtful I can attack again and finish my charge with a power attack against my target of the charge.

Thanks for the help. :)

What does the Alchemist bring to the party? If you're running Ragechemist for the Mutagen, it may be better to go with the Mutagenic Mauler (Brawler ) for the free Brawler's Cunning, so you can get your dex up a bit.
You also won't take a hit from the 2 levels of [2d8+Con] hp.

What's your primary source of damage- are you going to be a weapon, or go barehanded/natural weapons?

Sadly, i don't know about the interactions between brutal maneuver and your other tactcs

Sorry to Necro, I was super far away from my computer for a while.

I didn't think about the Brawler that would make more sense, I was looking for range options and something for my characters secret identity, I was using unarmed strikes as my main attack.

It's generally not worth buying up stats that high to dump dex.

You could do STR 20 (+1 lvl4/8) DEX 14 CON 18 INT 13 WIS 11 CHA 7.

Basically trading 2 points of CON for 6 DEX and 1 WIS.

I personally would do something like STR 20 DEX 14 CON 17 INT 14 WIS 12 CHA 7.

Vigilante brute is a terrible archetype. If you want enlarge, I would go with 4 levels of abyssal bloodrager (grows when raging).

Having grown up on 15-pt buy for most of my Pathfinder life, I'm horrified at that amount of dumping and minmaxing in a generous 25-pt buy. I'd probably go with something like 18 14 16 14 12 10 and still feel a bit guilty. ;o)

(Edit: Or maybe reduce Int to 13, Cha to 8 and raise Wis to 14; after all, you're going to be every puppeteer's dream target.)

Don't play Brute Vigilante. Both the class and the archetype are ways to make your friends hate you. The class because of the Dual Identity stuff and the archetype because you'll attack and kill their characters. The worst archetype for any class in the game also happening to belong to the worst class in the game.

Scarab Sages

You don't need to pull the Dual Identity stuff off if you don't want to. In fact, I'm considering a Vigilante for an upcoming campaign right now, and I'd probably just have the superhero persona be himself in ceremonial skull facepaint... apart from that, the class abilities look really sweet.

I agree the Brute is horrible, though. Stick with Avenger.
