Cyclic Reincarnation

Rules Questions

According to this spell, there's a 75% of gaining the young creature simple template.

for PCs does this means that they would come back following the Young Character rules? (-2 str & con /+2 dex) and keeping their mental stats as per Reincarnate? or would I just slap the template over their preexisting character (+2 to all dex rolls, -2 to everything else, step size down, reduce any natural armor, decrease damage by one step and -2hp/hit die)?

I am just curious as to how this would be handled.

When I wrote the spell, I originally referenced the Young character rules in Ultimate Canpaign for PCs. That might have been cut from the final spell for space. You should do what works best for your game.

Okay! thank you for the reply!

Isn't the "75% chance of young simple template" only for nonhumanoid creatures?
