Mask of a thousand tomes and Kinsight Goggles

Can I give my familiar or a party member half of the kinsight goggles while wearing a Mask of a thousand tomes to get visual confirmation when making knowledges?

Obviously it does not help when attacking but I would like to know if you can wear a monocle under the mask.

Up to the GM. You can certainly wear the goggle, since the mask is head slot and doesn't say anything about precluding the eyes slot. But the item does state that the wearer is "blinded" while wearing it; a literal reading says you can't see no matter what you're using. That is, even with darkvision you can't see the inside of the mask, and you can't see through the goggle. Normally I'd criticize a GM who made such a literal reading, but in this case I think it'd be well within the spirit of the mask.
