do you get a free set of clothing?

Rules Questions

Or is that something the dropped when they ported over from the pathfinder rule set? I just want to know. Since every credit saved is a credit that can be pushed towards weapons, armor, and ammo.

Second: is there anything PCs can get for free? I am building a lvl 1 character and free stuff is good to know about.

I know about ranged weapons coming with a free clip of ammo. And so I'm armors coming with a free communication device or is it a cheap computer?

Well I would assume everybody would buy at least some armor and the light armor is basically your around station clothing. When you are in space it is always good to have your environmental protection on in case of emergencies.

I think all tech armor comes with a comlink included. Comlinks I believe are tier zero computers anyway so it kinda is both.

Clubs are free, but they aren't very useful.

Free clubs are good for punishing sinners.

Cubs for meeting contacts (and sinning) are expensive.

I see nothing wrong with a free set of clothing as most cases it only comes into play when not wearing armor so little advantage.

A set of clothes is only 1 credit, so I don't think it maters much either way. now if you are trying to get something special like traveling clothes or formal wear for free, those cost real money and I don't think they would be free even if you do get a set of clothes for free.
