Why will it not let me start a campaign setting subscription for Taldor the First Empire?
I suspect the system might need to finish generating the December orders before the subscription starting options rotate.
It is showing the other options just not the Taldor one. So since orders starting spawning, does this mean it is too late to start a subscription with this item?

No, you can still start a subscription starting with Taldor. It is just a display error that happens while we are running the authorization. As soon as we are all done with the authorization it should be displaying correctly again.
