Can you hallow a portable structure?

Here's the setup. You're a cleric of Desna, and you own a home away.

Can you cast hallow in the middle of this tent? Or, for a lesser effect, you could do this to a plain old tent?

The idea being to get an AoE dimensional anchor or dispel magic targeting non-Desnans once a week for a year. A home away appears to be the only portable structure magic item that unfurls/unloads/sets itself up with just a standard action.

Generally if it's a "large enough" portable structure -- a ship, a BIG wagon, something like that -- I'd let it be hallowed. A tent, um, maybe.

Though you might want to check with your GM - a darkskull is a 40,000 gp magic item with a portable unhallow effect. Maybe a custom good item would be available for the same purpose.

Hallow is, barring specific exception, linked to a point in space. Looking at altars from ISG, moving the altar causes the magic to fade. You can certainly Hallow the place where you put the tent up, but it won't move with it.
