Has there been any more teams added to the list from Ultimate Campaign or is the list it.
Thanks Arran
IIRC, Heroes of the Wild added Skirmishers, basically slightly cheaper Elite Archers with worse armor but they are equipped to move through wilderness, and Stewards which are basically like forester-gardener hybrids.
Also added the Animal Keeper, Master Carpenter, and Master Scout managers along with some Rooms and Augmentations for them.

Interesting. Just be careful - a militia would be less professional/skilled than guards, but more than unskilled labourers, and the existing upgrade space is pretty tight between those two existing teams.
Try this:
Earnings gp, Influence, or Labor +2
Create 1 Goods, 1 Influence, 2 Labor (90 gp); Time 1 day
Size 5 people
Upgrades From Laborers; Upgrades To Guards
1st level warriors with studded leather armour, a light wooden shield, and a spear.
You could go for experts instead of warriors, but at 1st level you do need them to be better than laborers, and the BAB increase by taking warriors as the class makes that apparent.
The difficulty being that they’re barely less expensive than guards. And then there’s the point that a militia would usually be raised by the community, not hired and paid by specific private citizens, which is what teams and organisations represent.
