Order 4589120 missing PDF

It appears this glitch is still happening. I’ve pucharsed an order but the PDF isn’t showing in my downloads


And I've also got problems with Order 4588999 - I can't download my products.

Every single paid order I've placed with Paizo has had problems

Order 4589120 is for the physical book, not a PDF. It is on a pick list right now, which means it is part of the batch of orders the warehouse is currently packing up and shipping out. Did you mean to order the PDF?

It looks like you have downloaded order 4588999. What is it doing when you try to download it?


Thanks for the reply. I thought you got the pdf when you ordered the book. Is that not the Case?

When downloading I get the personalising message, to wait 60 secs. Nothing happens so I click the link fo trouble downloading and get back to the personalising message

Hello Jayney,

PDFs only come with the physical book when it is purchased through the subscription service. Since volume 2 has already been released, and volume 3 will be authorized for subscribers early next week, volume 1 is no longer a starting option for the subscription.

When you click it and is says personalizing, wait a few seconds and click it again. When you do that it should pop up a box asking if you want to download or save it. If that doesn't happen make sure you don't have anything turned on that is blocking the box from popping up. Let me know if you still cannot download it.


Look’s like I’ve misread it. How long will book two be available on the subscription option?

Book 2 will be available until we start generating/shipping orders for book 3. At that point, the starting options will rotate to Book 3 or 4.
