Strength based Falcata wielder daring champion?

Hello everybody!
Some help needed!
I want to make a cavalier wielding a falcata(he's taldan), strength based and able to use precise strike.
What would be the easiest way to do that?
Maybe a swashbuckler dip(Rondolero swashbuckler)?
