i was thinking about ordering a brick one day of your current minis but my big question is how often do you get new ones out? do alot of sets ofminis only come out with normally 50-100 new figures? are they going to make a set just tocover beastiary like the pawns do?
This is more a product discussion, but I can try to help. Good luck finding this if it gets moved.
The pre-painted minis line has basically two things going on right now:
Full sets - typically 40-45 designs - get released roughly twice a year. These are usually themed somewhat. Sometimes associated with an adventure path, or sometimes themed around a type of monster. It's not likely that a "Bestiary 1" set will happen, for a bunch of reasons. These are released as cases, bricks, boosters, and singles...
Boosters: 1 Large figure and 3 Medium or Small figures
Bricks: 8 boosters (32 figures total)
Cases: 4 bricks (128 figures total)
Singles: for a short period after a set is released, you can buy specific (non-random) minis.
Iconics These get released roughly every few months, and contain something like five-seven specific minis (one of each), which match the iconic art of the various classes in Pathfinder.
Hope this helps.

Iconics and scenery are two different things. The iconics are just non-random boxes with the iconic characters in them. The "dungeon dressing" items such as barrels, beds, guillotines, thrones, cages, podiums, pedestals etc don't come in the iconics packages. Within the full sets, a few boosters per brick have one of the minis randomly replaced with a dungeon dressing item. Again, if you buy a case, you'll probably get (at least) one of each. If you just buy a brick, odds are you'll get a couple dungeon dressing minis, but you'll have no knowledge or control over which ones you get.
how do you get a large creature when you ordera whole case?
See above with my first quoted item describing what's in a booster.
or garganuant?
Anything above Large is... complicated. At least one of the very oldest sets had a couple Huge minis in it. Then that stopped.
Otherwise, for each case, there is an associated "case incentive" which you can only buy when you buy a full case. Those incentives have been mostly Gargantuan minis such as dragons. In two sets the incentive was a bunch of stuff; once a full tavern bar, and once a throne room. The most recent set, the case incentive is two Huge elementals.
So... basically anything over Large isn't a common thing. When singles are available for sale (for a couple weeks after a new set releases), you can buy specific items, including dungeon dressing, and even older case incentives. Price-per-mini is higher, but you can keep your costs down by buying only what you want.
Singles sales appear to still be available right now but won't last. Click here.
