Fun Goblin Character - Mouser

Advice

Hey everyone,

I' currently playing in Giantslayer.
My character has been planned so far as:

Goblin
Unchained Rogue (4)
Swashbuckler (Mouser) (3)

Str: 11
Dex: 21 (+1 4th lvl)
Con: 14
Int: 14
Wis: 13
Cha: 14

Class Abilities:

(Rogue) Combat Trick x2 (Combat Feats)
Finesse Training (rapier)
Debilitating Injury
Sneak Attack +2d6
Evasion
Uncanny Dodge

Deeds, Panache
Swashbuckler Finesse
Charmed Life
Deeds, Nimble +1

Feats:

Weapon Finesse
Dodge
Underfoot
Mobility
Roll with it
Tangle Feet
(not sure about 7th level feat)

Basically this character can move across the battlefield, avoid attacks of opportunity by either evading attacks of opportunity with Acrobatics or dodging with high AC (feats)

Once engaged, my goblin mouses his way into melee, aiming for sneak attack his larger opponent.

This makes enemies have a disadvantage to both the goblin mouser and his allies as follows:

-4 on attacks made against the rogue because of the disoriented condition by the unchained rogue debilitating sneak attack strick

And a -6 on attacks against adjacent allies (-2 because of sneak, -4 because of mouser archetype)

Tangle Feet can cut off pursuit or repositioning attempts and Roll With It can be an escape plan if things get heated.

All and all, this seems like a lot of fun although my goblin is dependent on having a tank or barbarian be on the frontlines while he tip toes amongts the giants,

Please let me know if you have any feat suggestions or ways to go forwarding with this 7th level character.

Accomplished Sneak Attacker +1d6 sneak attack is good.

I don't see a way for you to lock in your Sneak Attack Damage? Dirty Tricks to Blind your opponents, Ninja Vanishing Trick, Scout Archetype, Improved and Greater feint. Dip a level in Arcanist and get Dimensional Slide, a 10' Teleport that doesn't leave you disoriented: that should make Flanking easy.

Take a level in Snakebite Striker Brawler for Unarmed Strike and more SAD. Take Panther Style feats, and you get extra attacks whenever you provoke Attacks of Opportunity by moving out of Threatened Squares. And since you already have Dodge, Mobility, Roll with It, and Tangle Feet, you are clearly planning to Provoke a LOT!

Interestingly this is very similar to my Goblin in our "Greenskins" Campaign.

Here are my suggestions:

lvl 6 Unchained Rogue (Vexing Dodger) / Mouser 1. Later levels should all go Rogue.

Going past Mouser 1 is unnecessary because you can Steal as a swift action but Vexing Dodger lets you do a dirty trick as a swift action. Dirty trick is very good once you get Greater Dirty Trick.

Use either the Goblin Cave Crawler or Monkey Goblin for racial climb speed. This allows you to climb during a 5 ft. step, +8 climb bonus, Dex to AC while climbing, and take 10 to climb anytime. My GM let Monkey Goblin's tail count as a hand for climbing so I could use my hand to use a kukri. If your GM doesn't allow this the build still works fine with a spiked gauntlet (since you need hands free to climb) just you won't regain panache as quickly.

When necessary trigger an attack of opportunity from your opponent (you will have the dodge, mobility, and buckler to help with AC) to activate the Mouser Underhanded Assault.

During the 5 ft. step perform the Vexing Dodger's Limb climb ability. Now you will hold onto the opponent so even if the opponent moves you move with them. It is the best way I have found to make Underhanded assault work. Otherwise your opponent just 5 ft. steps and your Assault is worthless.

Also, per RAW it's questionable if Tangle Feet affects a 5ft. step since it calls out move actions. Also your opponent could succeed the acrobatics. With your bonus to climb and take 10 Limb Climber should be guaranteed most of the time.

So at your current level against an opponent medium size or larger when you successfully perform underhanded assault + sneak attack the penalties look like:

- 7 against you (-3 Limb Climber & -4 Debilitating Injury)
- 6 against allies (- 2 Debilitating Injury & - 4 Mouser)
- more when you start hitting their pressure points from ninja trick
+ flank for you and your allies

Additionally you can forgoe your sneak attack damage to attempt a dirty trick as a swift action. If successful (which you will have a good bonus) you can blind your opponent for at least 1 round (due to Underhanded Trick). If you roll high enough in later rounds your opponent can uses a standard action to remove the effect (due to Greater Dirty Trick).

You will also be dealing decent damage with Piranha Strike, Dex to damage, Sneak Attack, extra Bite attack.

Build::

Goblin or Monkey Goblin
Unchained Rogue (6)
Swashbuckler (Mouser) (1)
Str: 11
Dex: 21 (+1 4th lvl)
Con: 14
Int: 14
Wis: 13
Cha: 14

Traits:
Either Adopted (Toothy) or Goblin alternate for Bite.
If you did alternate for bite then Adopted (Intrepid Volunteer for Dex to Climb)
Cliff Jumper

Class Abilities:

Lvl 2 Vexing Dodger Improved Dirty Trick (retrained)
lvl 4 rogue talent (Ninja Trick (Pressure Points))
lvl 6 rogue talent (Underhanded Trick for Improved & Greater Improved Trick)
Finesse Training (spiked gauntlet or kukri if moneky goblin)
Debilitating Injury
Sneak Attack +3d6
Evasion
Underfoot Trickster (can forgoe sneak attack damage to make dirty trick as a swift action)
Skill Unlock (your choice)

Deeds, Panache
Swashbuckler Finesse

Feats:

lvl 1: Dodge
lvl 2: Retraining Improved Dirty Trick from Vexing Dodger to Mobility
lvl 3: Piranha Strike
lvl 5: Extra Panache (or if you're fine with Panache Weapon Focus)
lvl 7: Agile Maneuvers
