I placed an order today and the receipt both on site and in my email show no item and $0.00 as the total, however my credit card was charged the price of the product I purchased. I am just requesting a proper receipt to be sent to me to ensure the product I purchased is received.

Hi Lowridingorilla,

It looks like your card was declined with the message "Unknown Cause". Anything you are seeing on your bank account right now would just be a temporary authorization that will expire from your account.

It looks like the item was deleted from your cart before the order was submitted. Somehow an empty order got submitted (I'll have to have the tech team look into how that was even possible).

I'd recommend trying to submit it again. Please let us know if it gives you any more trouble.

The card declined was from when I entered the security code wrong. I then went and reordered and got the blank order which time stamp matched the pending charge, and now the product is showing back ordered instead of available like it was when I placed my order.

This book is one we have to get directly from the publisher. Fantasy Flight is currently out and is currently reprinting it. Once they have more available we will be able to get it again.
