Eldritch Heritage for Paladin

Can a Suli Paladin who is going the Eldritch Heritage route, can he choose the Orc Bloodline? Sorry I'm not familiar with Sorcerers at all or this feat, that's why I'm not sure if this feat or ability is restricted to Orcs or something. He is not multi classing, just strictly going to go Paladin all the way through.

As long as the Paladin meets the prerequisites of the Feat, it's legal to take.

The Orc Bloodline's skill is Survival.
