Speak With Dead: If corps succeeds on will save, it can refuse to answer or use bluff. The one casting the spell and asking questions can use Sense Motive or not?
I'm not sure there's ever a time you don't roll sense motive vs bluff. Bluff has no DCs for a successful lie, just modifiers to the roll. It requires an opposed roll for that to make any sense.
