So since the boon is available that grants access to wrikreechee and ryphorians (and Barathu) I'm curious for those who plan on getting the races-which are you the most excited about? The were my 3 favorite races from the book, and would love to try them, yet am ton as to which to do. Really want to try a wrikreechee bounty hunter given how much they remind me of The Predator, though growing up in a society run by dragons sounds amazing.
Which are you guys most excited for?

I know a real-life Skittermander and I look forward to the day I hear a bunch of Skittermanders throwing grenades yelling "I'M HELPING!"
Ironically his twin brother is a real life Vesk that puts up with his antics.

This one is looking forward to the time this one can reveal this one's handsome features to the other members of the Starfinder Society.
This one is sad that there are no Barathu avatars currently available, especially ones with tuxedos. This one refuses to demean this one's self with a flumph avatar.

I love the concept of the Ryphorians, and that's definitely the one I'm most excited for. I can imagine a lot of things to try roleplaying-wise, both with and against the cultural expectations of their sub-races. I'm hopeful we get to learn some interesting info about the planet Triaxus too, in the upcoming Pact Worlds book.
The Wrikreechee doesn't appeal to me as much, but I'm glad to have another option out there for an arthropod-type race.
The Barathu just sounds creepy, but I shall endeavor to get over my personal prejudice on the matter since I will probably end up with one in my party eventually.

This one is sorry that you consider the Barathu race "creepy". This one will work on fixing your perception of this one's race. This one is sorry that you do not like pacifists.

If anyone has played in any of my #1-00 Claim to Salvation games then you know I can't wait to get a Barathu character! The Warden will be inspired by the "investigators" that visited and seek out adventure with the Starfinder Society!
The Warden is a combined barathu, and the boon only lets you play an early stage barathu.

Well then one of the Warden's early stage offspring will be inspired by his talk about the intrepid, "investigators"! After all he is just a small glob of the old blob! lol

We can always make use of more appetizers.

No races from AA are listed in the additional resources, so none can be played in Society play without the appropriate boon at this time. For a game that isn't Society play, if it has the racial abilities sidebar, it is potentially playable.

Such a boon exists for people to check boxes for scenerios and APs they play.

Can barathu wield melee weapons or wear armor?
This has been answered. I don't recall where I saw it. But I do know a dev, I think it was Thurston Hillman or maybe Own Stephens can't remember which, stated yes any race can wield weapons. I am sure this applies to armor. The artwork is merely concept.

That only opens up one of three possible races for a single character per sheet, as I understand it.

You should be able to fill multiple sheets. For example, get 6 boxes for the first race. Fill out a second sheet to get 12 boxes from different scenarios for the second race. Etc.

You can use evergreens on multiple sheets, but it at the same time. You must finish one sheet, and then future evergreens can be applied to your next Boon sheet.

Did you miss the question right above my first post, which was 'what are the 22 new playable races in the Alien Archive?' That is what I was responding to when I said none of them were playable without a boon.

Yes I saw the question above yours that you didn't quote or answer.
