This subscription order notified me as though it was going to ship on 10/27 but I haven't seen anything saying it has gone out yet. Is it possibly still in the queue for this week?

The order was generated when we ran the authorization on October 27. We began shipping in the middle of last week. We always allow up to 2 weeks to get all of the subscription orders shipped out. The email confirmation you received should say, "Expected to ship late October or early November 2017" in the "Shipments" section. We expect to have finished shipping the November subscription orders in the middle of next week.
