Concealment vs darkvision, Scrying and Stealth

So, basically, what I want to know is simple: I'm trying to figure out if you can use stealth against a scrying sensors if the caster has dark vision, in areas of adequate darkness. The whole thing basically boils down to the question of if a person still gains concealment from said darkness against someone that HAS dark vision, even if you're in their range.
