Looks like some PDFs are still stuck in pending due to the site glitches yesterday. anyone mind fixing that for me?

Actually if there is any chance of getting these refunded that would be better I bought them on a whim and am now realizing that I'll be short on funds a bit too much.

Hello Telvanni,

You have not been charged. What you are seeing is an authorization. The bank was pinged but because the order didn't go through we never finalized the authorization (normally with PDFs the authorization is immediately finalized, but because of the issues our site was having it did open an authorization but didn't submit the order). It will disappear as soon as your bank releases it. I have issued an authorization reversal request which tells the bank we will not be finalizing it and they can release it. They should be able to see it right away but how long it takes them to release the hold is entirely up to them and not something we can control.

Hey I know I'm kinda necroing an old thread but It seems like this order was set to pending again on my account, which seems to be preventing me from ordering anything else. (least it seems that way) any way to cancel this order off my account so I can buy the new Character Op. Manual. Was really looking forward to it but every time I put in my card info it gets declined and this is the only reason I can think of.
