Is there any method that can speed up writing a known spell into a spellbook faster than 30 minutes per spell level?

A little-known 9th level Wizard/Sorcerer spell called "Copy/Paste" :) :P
I was looking and it may be a stretch, but could not the fabricate spell perform the task of doing the scribing of spells into a spellbook?
-- and at most all it would be is a time saver, as the cost is the same.
