Who is the SLEEP master?

Advice

As the title implies I'm on a quest to find the highest DC save we can get for the sleep spell. However since we all know this spell falls off rather abruptly we can only work with the witch with the slumber hex or the bard archetype sandman. These both allow for unlimited HD AMAZING!

Things to focus on are traits, races, feats, how do we krank up to the highest DC saves?

Also which class is better, the witch that can evil eye to lower the saves or the bard that can lullaby? Or should we think about how the witch can only do the slumber hex once per day/person and the bard is only restricted by their # of rounds of bardic music? In your opinion which is best?

If any more info on other classes that can compete are known of please feel free to list them, overall just provide links and sound thought process here thanks!

Sleep spells go all the way up to Binding, an 8th level spell. Granted, that's not really a combat-time spell.

Witches (or most others with hexes) can get the Accursed Hex feat to use slumber 2/person/day. A sandman has to fascinate the target first then use slumber song. I don't think the latter is going to be in the running for effectiveness.

Amplified Hex can raise the save DC by 1, if allowed Ability Focus can raise it by 2. A witch with the Invoker archetype can raise the DC by 3 (1 at 1st-7th level, 2 at 8-15th level) with their Invoke Patron (curiosity) ability. A halfling using evil eye and with the Malicious Eye feat and the jinx ability can rack up some nasty penalties. With those, Bolster Jinx and Iron Will the total penalty of evil eye to will saves (at 8th level+) hits -7. Which more than makes up for their lack of a racial int bonus in this instance.

A corset of dire witchcraft should increase the dc further.

You guys forgot about the Dreamstalker Mesmerist.
Slumber Hex with Hypnotic Stare as a swift action.

The dreamstalker's pretty good, but the OP mentioned endurance as an issue too. Each use of a hex costs the dreamstalker two uses of touch treatment; they get Cha bonus plus half mesmerist level in uses of TT. They won't even get 4 uses of hexes/day until 10th level at best.

Since the Dreamstalker gets Slumber Hex, does that qualify them for the Extra Hex feat?

A Mesmerist with Evil Eye and Cackle seems pretty mean.

No, that's not the hex class feature. A different name and it works differently.

Two World Magic trait for Lullaby added to your class list

Amplified Hex

Corset of Dire Witchcraft

Hexing Doll

Hexing Runes

Dreamspeaker (Elf alternate racial ability)

Honeyed Words trait (dwarven, acquire with Adopted trait)

I thought that having hexes was the hex class feature. The description of Hex Class Feature in the Witch and Shaman classes describe the class feature as "learns magic tricks called hexes."

Saying having a hex but not the hex class feature is a pretty fine hair to split.

The hex class feature gives you whichever hex(es) you like, and for most including the slumber hex you can use it as often as you like. The somnomancer class feature gives you a very limited number of uses of the slumber hex alone. These aren't the same in operation and they're not the same in name either. Therefore 'has hex(es)' is not identical to 'Hex class feature.'
