I haven't seen anything for world creation so far, so basically write down what comes to your mind, if it is your thing check if it makes scientifically sense and then dump your players on it
friendly reminder at this point that possibilities are a lot wider then people would think, for example You could perfectly fine have a donut shaped planet

If you need to jump-start your creativity, there are other systems that have handy random-generation rules for planets that could be useful for Starfinder. "Stars Without Number" is a good one, for instance.
(They just won't have some of the really exotic options that the Starfinder CRB alludes to.)
