Dear customer service,

I just received my order confirmation for this month AP shipment. It also included the replacement Starfinder HC for the faulty one I purchased here. When I was told that it will be replaced, I was promised that I would not have to pay extra for shipping but now the order lists 50+$ for shipping.

I hope something got overlooked, here.

I have a similar problem with my order 4549827. You charged me $40.55 for the shipment including the replacment and my monthly AP. Would be glad, if you could correct that before shipping!

Sorry about that! It looks like something malfunctioned.

I've split your orders up and you should get a couple of order confirmation emails.
